We have a state of the art Trumpf Fibre Laser designed to be more economical and cost-effective with the ability to cut a wide range of sheet metal and plate ranging from 25mm Mild Steel to 20mm Stainless steel, 20mm Aluminium, and Copper/Brass

Precision Machining
At ADS, We have a brand new impressive machining department fully equipped with 2 XYZ Milling machines and an XYZ Lathe. With Milling, we have a max of 1000 mm of travel in the X-axis and 500 mm in both the Y and Z axes. With Turning, we have a max of 185mm in the X-Axis and 320mm in the Z-Axis.
Welding
We also have a team of Welders specialized in MIG and TIG welding for all your fabrication requirements coupled with the ability to sand or polish to a high standard.
CNC Press Brake
We also are equipped with an Amada Pressbrake for all your folding requirements. Maximum bending length of 3000mm and 100 tonnes maximum pressure. We also have the tooling capacity for more specialist types of folds including safety edges/hems (dutch folds).
